FYI, New York City made a change to their hospital records system in March 2020. I'm not sure what they switched to or from, but any info you have on that would be appreciated.
And if you look at your own Epic record, you will find it is full of errors. And just try to get it corrected. The best you can usually do is add your own message to your provider bringing it to their attention and then at least that message will be a part of your record.
Yes, one of the few times I have ever gone to a doctor, (in the last 45 years,)she said, "You don't see a doctor much, do you?" Fortunately she was "awake and aware" and rather admired my lack of files. I haven't seen her since. I healed myself. I'm sure she would be pleased. A rare occurrence to find a doc like her! I don't want anyone knowing my history, good or bad!
